okay...so yest was the serangoon district youth day....
went thr "early"....
first lionel hong came...
then gabriel...
alphonsus didn't make it... dno why

first thing we did was some activity...
they split us into three groups...
but our "clique" and vincent they all also,
all just dao and went to same group, group 2.
=p
so group 2 had like 23 ppl....other group 16...
lols


the activity was they gave us a piece of paper and we were told to "all of us be within the paper"
every1 just stone for 10 minutes lol....


went to joanne and katherine,
they ask me abt my shaved head...
told them abt my early NS....
and how i'm the head junior sniper in the army...

then we split into our groups and headed to seperate classrooms to do "workshop"
first played some coin game where the people in the middle have to guess whr the coin is...
me and gabriel kena twice then supposed to do forfeit...
in the end didn't.... =p


workshop was basically just some reflection/sharing thingy...
the kinda thing like orientation camp (PSL session 2)
some river of life thing, where we have to write our high and low points in life.
hmm....
my life dun seem to have much low points... (if any at all)

i guess i'm somewhat lucky huh?
only low point i can think of is period b4 PLTC...
my ONLY point in my whole life i was feeling emo and shitty
AND it's supposedly no big deal.... =,=

you'd think someone who's been thru NS would be tougher huh?


then the session ended at like 3...
lunch/dinner was at 3.50?
ouch......fungry siar....
they gave out the DYD shirts during lunch...
lionel lim came arnd then...(in time for lunch and a free shirt, cos he haven't paid yet)


on the bus to IJTP (woah...the place whr we had our scouts/guides combined camp two years ago
just sat and chatted with katherine and sara...


reachded thr...
then went to the canteen (lol the place was like so familiar)
saw gen, and marcus from ycs thr.... o.o
then went into the hall (whr i rmbr we'd had our icebreakers for the camp)

opened with P&W (of course)
there were some girls behind us who were screaming like nuts (lionel said they were on drugs. LOL)
then there was a testimony by some 17yr-old girl from i tink st nicks.
o.o...woah...
talking in front of ~700 people siol...
imba crap...
i know i'd be hella scared if i'd had to do that...
plus you have to say something useful, and plan everything beforehand....

then there was this play/sketch (which many people mistakenly spell as "skit"...i myself didn't know until last year's YCS EOY camp)
abt some girl and how her mum died and she met this guy who was kinda in with the wrong crowd and got problems with his own mum....
yea that basically summarises it
was funny (thks to input from other ppl)

then there was this part where we had to kneel..

and keep kneeling...
and kneel some more...
sheeesh...
i was feeling faint and dizzy...
and my knee was freaking PpaaaIInnnn
ouchies....
tried to sit down or squat or smth...
quite squeezy
some of the seniors were feelin emotional during that part...
(i was tryin to ignore the pain... =x)


err....then after that ending p&W
one HUGE crowd gather in the middle and started jumpin and screaming and generally doin P&W stuff
(kinda like SJI YCS,but imagine 10 times more people)
lol.
i was in 2nd row, separated by a row of chairs....
i'd feel kinda pai seh if i went and joined them though....
sigh.
shldn't let that get in my way shld i?

so then it all ended (awww....)
then i was helping stack up some chairs when suddenly somebody runs at me and squeezes me...
realise andrew and kevin wong go to SFX...
(kevin was the madman who rushed me)

bus ride back was sitting next to darryl (lol not you darryl)
in front of katherine and her friend...
(apparently they all know each other)
dam spastic....
quarreling...and katherine's friend kept hitting darryl....yeah...
then andrew wore his shirt on backwards and the whole bus (or at least all the girls behind us)
were lmaoing
lol.


then katherine untied my shoelace and her friend went "at least it's not as bad as wearing your shirt backwards, nobody can find your shoelace"
and darryl started suaning her abt "not being able to find your shoelace"
lols...



had to wait in church till they let us off...
others were talking abt going for supper (it was alrdy 10+)
then they mentioned 7th month...got ghost...
=O omg scary!!!.......
riiite...

okay...so i sneaked up behind sara and tapped her...
she almost screamed...
lol...okay ya a bit evil lah... xP



then 10 of us decided to go rivervale mall for supper at macs...
ate, then took a bus back... (by that time was like 11.30)
heck i'm usually ASLEEP by that time, let alone roaming the streets.
yea...so reached home like 11+
then sleep lorh...
lol

next day (today) was tired and sleepy...

even though i managed a good 7 hours of sleep at least

so went mass in the morning....
then lunch when out with grandparents (maternal) and auntie/uncle
grandfather's birthday?? or one week or smth like dat

hmm then went shopping for OBS stuffs....
a lot of hassle...went from thompson plaza to J8 to AMK Hub....LOL...

sheesh.
then went for my godsister's b'dae (she's like 8 or smth...so i totally didn't fit in thr)
talked with kim...helped her with chem... (lmao...and i screwed it up for common tests?)
she has like 1400+ songs in her ipod...
