first day ah?

was okay fun
but of course it got WAAAY better as camp progressed.

at first when they were choosing groups

which was obviously locked.

y'know i tried dl-ing several times but they all failed..

i stayed up freaking late on sun night just playing that game.

one cool thing i found out is that you can throw yur enemies on each other.

and they'll level up!!

it's a funny thing fate.
i can think of several situations where fate is so life-changing.

1. camps. who do you end up in the same group as?
2. class. who ends up in your class? who ends up sitting near/next to you?
3. plain old random stuff.

just experienced some weird things recently.

so let's see.

today after work took a bus home.
saw "154" and thought it looked familiar and assumed it went to hougang central.
the thing is, it WAS familiar.
but for the wrong reason.
so i ended up somewhere in macphereson. (got off after realising that the bus dosen't go to hougang, it goes to Eunos. =,=)
thr was an mrt thr. but it was closed for some unknown reason.
i assume cos it isn't ready yet.
so then i look and see wad buses are there.
none that i cld take to hougang central. except 80.

and it just so happens that 80 passes by a certain friend of mine whom i haven't talked to/heard in like a month, who's recovering from surgery.

so i just thought, heck. i'll call him. maybe i can stop by.
so i call him. and he actually PICKS UP this time! like WOW.
so we start talking. and we have a LOT to talk about yea.

given the choice i would've just ended up going to hougang mall and heading to the arcade.
instead, i chat with a lost old friend. and i'm gonna meet up with him.

after that.
went home.
but i had this feeling like, why don't i go somewhere and just chill. for the sake of it.
(might be something to do with my feelings... but i don't really know)

wondered where i could go to chill.
remembered that punggol park is like right opposite my house. 2 minutes away.
so like. yeah.

walked over there.
lied down on the grass near the lake and listened to goo goo dolls.
lol.
i didn't really have any purpose going there.
not to reflect.
not to emo (whether about 'her' or otherwise)
not to sleep.
just to take a quick break and chill.

so yeah.
i won't exactly say that i was uber enlightened and holy after it.
i didn't necessarily feel all that relaxed and happy either.
but still. it was cool to slow down for once and just not give a shit abt stuff. be it homework or deadlines or even relationships. (or lack thereof)

the songs really helped pass the time too i guess.
the really cool thing is the clouds.
this is one of the rare times that i just stop. and look at the sky.
(the last time i rmbr doing that was probably in primary school. at the playground at my grandma's house) hah. i rmbr how the clouds moved. and it looked like the whole world was moving. it was damn cool.
so anyway i was looking at the clouds.
and i see this small figure.
looked like a head.
and maybe it wasn't supposed to be jesus.
but i sure thought it could be.
and it looked like he was opening his hands to the sky.

how cool.

so yeah.
i spent like an hour there.
